Accurate Asphalt Paving is a family-owned business based in Spencer, Massachusetts, with a proud history spanning over 30 years. Originally a division of Monette Landscaping & Construction Inc., we have upheld a legacy of delivering top-quality work at competitive prices.

Our History

Monette Landscaping was founded in 1947 by Richard A. Monette, serving customers in and around Worcester, MA. Richard P. Monette, his son, later established Accurate Asphalt Paving. With the support of his wife Kim and sons Eric and Jason, Richard P. Monette successfully managed both companies.

Passing the Torch

In 2024, Richard P. Monette will pass the reins to his son Eric, who will become the new owner of Accurate Asphalt. Simultaneously, Jason will take over Monette Landscaping. While both companies will operate independently, they will maintain the same high standards and exceptional services.
